Terms of Service

Machineble dispatches automated AI agents to attempt realistic tasks (such as browsing, search and checkout flows) on a website you specify, measures where they succeed or fail, and returns an agent-readiness score, a list of findings and optional monitoring over time.

Features, plans and limits are described on the site and may evolve. We may add, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where a change materially affects you.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@machineable.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You may only run audits against websites you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use the service to probe, disrupt, scrape or overload third-party systems without permission.

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to bypass security or rate limits, no reverse engineering of the platform, and no reselling of results in a way that competes with the service, unless your plan allows it.

We offer a free tier and paid subscriptions as described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Audit results are an automated assessment — a helpful signal, not a guarantee of how any particular AI agent will behave on your site.

The service, its software, design and documentation are owned by DigitalPunkers s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain all rights to your websites and the data you submit. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use internally and share with your clients if your plan permits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Prague, Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
